Drive from Katmandu, a small village on Trishuli river, the road gradually ascends to Shyaphru besi. Trek start from Shyapru besi and you will travel on foot to Langtang National Park. Langtang Lirung (7246m) the highest peak in the area dominates the valley. This is a superb introduction to trekking in Nepal among some of the most beautiful scenery in the whole country.
The open valley at Langtang gradually unfolds as you ascend from Ghore Tabela through scattered Tamang villages. At Langtang you will visit Buddhist monastery at Kyanjin Gompa (3811m), cheese factory at Yala and, if time permit, explore glacier at Langsisa (4125m). It is the closest alpine region from Katmandu. For that, we need to drive around 8 hours from Kathmandu to reach Shyphru besi. The road is quite rough. After 3 days from Shyapru besi you will be in the high Himalayan valleys where you can see yak and Bhotia culture. The trail to Langtang gradually climbs to Syabru (2134m), Ghoretabela (3048m) and reach Langtang (3514m). Visit Kyanjin gompa (3900m) and if possible Langshisa Kharka -4125m (pastureland). Retrace the trail back to Dunche bazza and drive to Katmandu.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu, transfer to airport

Day 03: Drive to Dhunche
The town of Kakani where there are great views of the Ganesh Himal is seen. Trisuli is a busy bazaar called Trisuli Bazaar. The river, which flows Southwest,is very popular with rafting.Drive further via Dhunche (1970m) which is an attractive village with large stone houses, you get an excellent views.
Day 04: Dhunche tre k to Tholo Syabru (2134mt.)
Thulo Bharkhu than steep up to ridge through the pine woods. From here you have fine views up the valley towards the Tibetan border - about 20km away. The trail out of Bharkhu climbs a steep slope to the top of a ridge (2300m) where there is a good area to take a break. This is good place for bird watching. You will entered the Langtang Valley now and you can see Ganesh Himal to the west, Tibet to the north, and Langtang Lirung in the east. You'll also be able to see, on a ridge top below you, the lovely village of Syabru.
Day 05: Tholo Syabru trek to Lama Hotel (3048mt.)
Syabru and continue down the ridge until you come to a trail to the east that drops sharply off the ridge and through a dense forest. Cross a bridge (1960m) over a tributary of the Langtang Khola and then climb for a short distance. The trail continues level for a ways before descending, still in forest, to the Langtang Khola. Day 06: Lama Hotel trek to Langtang (3506mt.)
Langtang village, passing below a monastery about 30 min beforehand. Langtang is an interesting Tibetan-style village with stone- walls enclosing houses and fields where you just might see your first yaks. The Langtang National Park headquarters is located here. After Langtang, you can see a community of typical flat-roofed Tibetan houses and the valley flattens and broadens into open pasture.
Day 07: Langtang trek to Kyanjin gompa (3811mt.)
Below Langtang, the valley has the characteristic V-shape of a river-carved valley. Leaving Langtang, you ascend gradually to a chorten (a small Tibetan Buddhist stupa) behind which is a very long mani wall. The trail passes two small villages and the village widens. You cross several streams and a moraine before arriving at Kyanjin Gompa (3800m).
