Lower Dolpo TrekkingThe lower Dolpo region is the inhabitant of various rare and endangered species of wildlife such as snow leopard, blue sheep, ghoral, musk deer, wolf and other wildlife and plants diversity, which you can seen nowhere else in Nepal. No high Himalayan peaks can be seen except lots of good high altitude scenery like Lho Shamma(5698m) and Kang etc. and clear water of Sey-Phoksumdo Lake.

The trekking trip is initiated from Kathmandu to Nepaljung and stay in the hotel of Neapljung for a night. Next morning to Jumla. You start trek from Jumla using old migration route to the east or follow the higher route from Hurikot to Kagmara pass ((5115mt.) and then travel north Ringmo.If weather is nice, you may traverse via Kagmara la to Phoksindhu-lake.There is beautiful view from the pass. Phoksindhu Lake (3658m.) is part of Shey Phoksundo National Park; it established in 1984. It is a beautiful alpine lake perched in the corner of the surrounding mountain range. Cross two high pass Baga la (5090m.) and Numa la (5190m.) to reach Tarap valley on the eastern side. Do Tarap have two major gompas Bon po and Buddhist - and chorten (Buddhist stupa). It is fairly large village with cultivated land. Most of the inhabitants are Magar, one of the major ethnic groups of Nepal, but their dialect and culture is Tibetan. Walk down to Tarakot through narrow valley made by Tarap-Khola (river) and continues the journey to Dunai and Juphal. Fly from Juphal to Nepaljung. Drive by bus to Katmandu

Day 06 : Gothichaur trek to Naphu Khona (3080mt.)

Day 07 : Naphu Khona trek to Barburi Lagna (3658mt.)

Day 08 : Barburi Lagna trek to Hurikot (2745mt.)

Day 09 : Hurikot trek to Toysen

Day 10 : Toysen trek to Kagmara (High camp)

Day 11 : Kagmara trek to Cross Kagmara (5115mt.) and descend to Lasen

Day 12 : Kagmara trek to Ringmo (3600m)
