The Manaslu Circuit Trek is one of the most adventurous and incredible treks in the Himalayas in Nepal that allows you to relish the blend of adventure, culture, and nature. You get an opportunity to experience walking through rocky, icy, snowy, and rugged terrains. The trek will not disappoint you with the charm of nature, filled with a lush green forest of rhododendrons, oaks, junipers, windy rivers, and snow-covered mountains, glaciers, and hills. You also have a glimpse of the fauna of the Himalayas, such as musk deer, snow leopards, yaks, Himalayan tahrs, and the national bird, the monal, while traversing via forests. The journey offers a full exploration of the eco-diversity of the Annapurna Conservation Area and its diverse temperatures and weather. It is a moderate-to-challenging authentic trekking experience where it is better to remain positive and physically fit.

The major challenge of this Manaslu circuit trek is the high altitude, especially around the Manaslu Base Camp and the spectacular Larkya La Pass, where the weather is unpredictable. Usually, the journey begins with an unforgettable drive to Macchakhola from Kathmandu. Machhakhola is the starting point of the trek, and you will take full advantage of trekking that goes along the bank of the river, singing waterfalls, thrilling suspension bridges, and dense forests, as well as villages with typical lifestyles. You will explore the intermingling Tibetan and Nepali communities as the route of the trek touches the Tibet border. You can also observe centuries-old monasteries such as Pungyen, Mu Gumba, and Mani walls via hidden villages where the Buddhists inhabit the most.

On the way, a visit to several typical villages such as Jagat, Deng, Namrung, Lho, Samdo, Dharamshala, Bhimthang, and Dharapani adds much to the joy of exploring unique Himalayan cultures, customs, and conducts. It is the perfect golden chance to experience one of the off-beaten routes of the Himalayas and walk on landscapes at high elevations. The weather may change rapidly in this region. Chilly winds and snowy terrain may create difficulty while walking on the trails of the trek. So you should be well packed with crucial trekking gear. Some of the trekkers may suffer from altitude sickness. At that time, it is good to gradually descend. To get emergency help, you must have comprehensive travel insurance providing coverage above 5,000 meters.

Trekkers may be provided premium and luxurious accommodation with the service of internet in the lower altitude that transits into a basic teahouse with comfortable mattresses, cushions, and a few pieces of furniture with a gain in the elevation. Tea houses will provide you with local foods such as dhido, gundruk, etc. that help you to be energized for trekking. It is a restricted area of Nepal that requires permits like the Manaslu Conservation Area Permit, Manaslu Restricted Area Permit, and Annapurna Conservation Area Permit. You have a day to visit Kathmandu Valley before flying to the homeland. If you crave to enjoy such a type of wilderness adventure, Nepal Adventure Trip Pvt. Ltd. provides the Manaslu Circuit Trek 15-day package with the best price and a well-trained license holder guide.
